For booking enquires please complete the form below and I will be in contact with you shortly to arrange an appointment/consultation. Please be patient as there may be a delay in my response (particularly if my books are currently closed).

If my books are currently closed you will be added to a priority list; and I will be in contact with you in the weeks prior to my books opening.

*Priority is given to my pre-drawn designs and continuing existing pieces.
*Please note that due to COVID there is currently a delay in available appointments.

Please be aware that I only tattoo single needle/fine-line mixed with dot-work style tattoos.

Requests for other styles will be directed elsewhere.

Your Ideas/description: Please describe as best you can what tattoo you would like! If the tattoo you are enquiring about is a pre-drawn design please include a photo in your attachments of the piece and simply write flash piece below.

Sizing and placement: Please include in cm's how big you would like your tattoo and the placement (e.g. 10cm x 20cm inner forearm, full sleeve tattoo).

Please carefully read the following: Required

I am 18 years old or older ( I will NOT tattoo people under the age of 18).

I acknowledge that i may be required to wear PPE (masks). I may be refused service if i refuse to do so.

I acknowledge that all information I have provided is true and it is my responsibility to inform my artist if my circumstances change.

I acknowledge that I am required to pay a (non-refundable) deposit to secure my booking. I understand that 72 hours notice is required to rescheduled an appointment. Failure to provided the required notice will result in my deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required to re-book.

If I am unwell or experiencing COVID symptoms and unable to attend my appointment it is my responsibility to contact Lola and reschedule my appointment. If I attend my appointment unwell my appointment will be canceled and I will forfeit my deposit.

If I do not agree to the following conditions I understand that I will not recieve an appointment.
